Inquiries about lost items when using the Tokyu Line

Items left behind or not contacted by the customer on the day they are forgotten will be collected at the aggregation station the day after they are notified.
Thereafter, they are transferred to the police.
Please contact the Customer Service Center as soon as possible for lost items on the Tokyu Line.
